Lysine effect on the characterization of fillet, by-products, residues, and morphometry of tambaqui Colossoma macropomum (Cuvier, 1818)

This study aimed to evaluate the yields of by-products and residues morphometry juvenile tambaqui Colossoma macropomum undernutrition with different levels lysine. Diets were elaborated containing 6.60, 9.72, 12.84, 15.96, 19.08, 22.20 g kg -1 total lysine, these fed fish distributed in 18 tanks (310 L each one) for 90 days.
